NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THE CONTEST IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Contest Rules.
The registration for the Lumina Customer Appreciation Give Away (“Contest”) begins on August 1st, 2015 ends on October 16th 2015 at 5:00 pm (CDT) (“Contest Period”). Contest is hosted by the Nordstrom’s Automotive Inc. Via its EWE PULLET division at 47989 255th Street, Garretson, SD 57030 (“Host”).
How to Enter: No purchase necessary. On or about August 1st, 2015, the Host will promote the Lumina Customer Appreciation Give Away. Ewe Pullets Participant’s first and last name, physical address and zip code must accompany all entries. By completing the form, the Participant agrees the Host could use your name to send you information about products or services it offers. Participants can enter one time per day during the contest. Information will not be used by any other company. Only one winner per house- hold.
Host is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or non-delivered entries or for any miscommunication or technical failures as a result of contest participation. Upon receipt, entries become property of Host. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void at the sole discretion of the Host.
Grand Prize: One Grand Prize winner will be selected at random on or around Noon on October 17th, 2015 from among all eligible entries to win a 1993 Lumina Euro Red in color being offered AS IS with no guarantee of condition other than it will start and move. The total value of this vehicle is approximately $950. If the winner does not want the car, the alternate prize is $350.00 in the form of a check.
Secondary prizes: After the Grand prize drawing, subsequent drawings for consolation prizes will be drawn from the same entries. Consolations Prizes in the order they will be drawn: $250.00 Dollars in Cash; Ewe Pullet Hat; Ewe Pullet T-Shirt; Ewe Pullet Screw driver. Other drawings may be held but are optional at the discretion of the Host. If the winner is present at the Harvest Day event the day of the drawing, the said prize will be given to them by the host the day of the drawing. You need not be present to win.
If the winner is not present, the winner will be notified via email or phone. The winner can claim their prize in person at Ewe-Pullet during business hours. If a winner cannot be contacted after three (3) attempts made during a reasonable time, or a prize is returned as undeliverable, another winner will be drawn for that specific prize. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
Eligibility: Winners must be 18 years of age on or before the date of the prize drawing. Only lawful residents of the 50 United States are eligible to enter and win. Employees of Nordstrom’s Automotive Inc. and any of its divisions and their immediate family (parents, spouse, siblings or children) and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and accept all decisions of the host with regard to any element of the Promotion or interpretation of the Official Rules as final. Where permitted by law, entrants agree to allow Promotion Sponsor the right to use their names and/or photos in any publicity related to the Promotion or the marketing for future promotions without additional compensation or consent. Any questions or disputes will be Judged by an attorney at Dororthy & Krausse in Sioux Falls, SD . The decision of the judge is final. Nordstrom’s Automotive Inc. and Ewe Pullet reserve the right to change or modify these rules while the Promotion is in progress.
Liability: Entrants and Winners release Nordstrom’s Automotive Inc. and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents or advertisers and their directors, stockholders and employees from any and all claims, liabilities and damage arising directly or indirectly from participating in this promotion or resulting from this promotion.
Prize Limitations: If a prize or any portion thereof cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value, or to pay the cash equivalent thereof at the Promotion Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash except where specifically mentioned in the rules. Promotion Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures would destroy the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor may disqualify any person or entry based upon fraud, dishonesty or violation of rules.

Business and Government Work together to pave township road to a long time Garretson companies Automotive Facility and the Announcement of Major expansion and renovation planned for 2016 This nearly 4 million dollar project is made possible with the collaboration of Nordstrom’s and their bank financing, the GOED, Minnehaha and Lincoln County Development, South East Council of Governments, and Edison Township. Garretson, SD Friday June 26 2015: Nordstrom’s Automotive’ s family owned company has been helping automotive professionals and do-it-yourselfers with quality money saving options for all aspects of automotive repair from mechanical parts, collision parts, repair services and repairable vehicles since the late 60’s, 1969 is used on their marketing materials. Born on the family farm by Art and Marie Nordstrom the business has steadily expanded and added on over the years. Currently owner Shannon Nordstrom and his parents work to lead an awesome team of 70 plus team members to operate their CAR (Certified Auto Recycler) Certified Facility. They are proud to offer Green Recycled Used Parts, OEM surplus parts, Remanufactured parts, rebuilt parts and alternative aftermarket parts to customers all across the region and on-line nationally and internationally. This expansion will allow for year round quality access to the business via a new resurfaced and paved road from County road 122 south 1 mile and extending to the entrances of Ewe Pullet, their self service operation, and Nordstrom’s Auto Recycling their full service operation. Nordstrom’s Auto recycling is planned for a 40,000 square foot plus expansion, renovation and retrofitting that will bring more efficient centralized operations, modernized infrastructure, expanded dismantling capacity, a modern loading dock, truck turn and distribution area, expanded warehousing, expanded sales areas, a industry training room and much much more. The building will be made as green as possible utilizing waste oil boilers, Geo Thermal and modernized lighting. The Nordstrom’s team is excited about this expansion and what the future holds and knows that they will need to make these key steps to stay competitive in the automotive dismantling and parts market. They are excited about the capacity improvements to be able to handle a continuingly growing service area and look forward to continued growth which will secure jobs and provide for increased tax revenues for the future.
